Step 1
Establish Inspection Timeframe
We contact the property owner ahead of time with the inspection window. Because all of the work happens outside, nobody needs to be home.
Step 2
Assess & Photograph
Inspectors walk the full exterior and photograph it thoroughly, often several hundred images on a larger building, capturing cracks, staining, and any other visible damage.
Step 3
Sample & Document
Based on what the building shows, we remove small samples of stucco, sealant, roofing, or other materials. Every opening is sealed before we leave so no water can get in where we sampled.
Step 4
Data Analysis
Photos, measurements, and samples are organized and delivered to the engineers and other parties who will evaluate them.
